What is a Mini-Session?
A Mini-Session is a shorter-than-average portrait session that offers you the opportunity to capture beautiful moments in a condensed timeframe. Our Holiday Minis are scheduled on predetermined dates and times, with sessions conducted back-to-back. Each session is 20 minutes and you will receive 20 high-resolution professionally edited images.
How do I book my Mini Session?
You can book your Mini Session by clicking any of the 'Book Now', which will take you to the booking page for that studio (Snowy Chic, Twinkle Star, or North Tale). Here you can choose your preferred date/time.
After completing the booking form, you'll be prompted to pay the 50% deposit by e-transfer to andrea@andreareneephoto.com
Within 48 hours of bookings, you'll receive an email which includes your photography services agreement, session details and your Holiday Portrait Style Guide.
Where are the Holiday Mini Sessions located?
We're excited to confirm that this year we have selected not one, but three holiday-themed studios for our Holiday Minis in Toronto.
Two of these studios (Snowy Chic & Twinkle Star) are located at the popular Mint Room Studios. The third holiday studio (North Tale) is located at its nearby sister studio, Preto Lofts.
Choose which holiday-themed installations you'd like as the backdrop for your session. Each studio offers a unique and captivating setting that perfectly complements the festive season.
I'd like to book a longer Holiday session, is that possible?
Our standard Holiday Minis are set for 20 minutes to accommodate limited availability and back-to-back scheduling, but if you're looking to extend your session you have two options:
1. If you want to book during our prearranged Holiday Mini dates and times, you can opt to book and pay for two consecutive sessions ($560), extending your session to 50 minutes
2. If you have some flexibility in your schedule and can accomodate a weekday session, you can book a 50-minute the holiday-themed studio if your choice for $389.
What if I'm running late for my session?
Given the back-to-back nature of our sessions, it's crucial to adhere to the schedule to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Delayed arrivals could impact both your session and those scheduled after you. Therefore, if you arrive late we will only be able to shoot until your scheduled end-time,.
To provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your allocated time.
What if I need to cancel my session?
Due to limited availability and to ensure all our clients have the opportunity to participate in Holiday Minis, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking ($140 + HST) and the remaining balance paid a week before your session. If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so up to 14 days before your session.
