Glowing & Gorgeous
Being able to capture the beauty of pregnancy is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job as a photographer. I had the pleasure of photographing the lovely Becky for her maternity portraits at the stunning Balmoral Beach on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
There's something magical about maternity sessions. Especially when your mumma-to-be is loving every last thing about being pregnant. First-time expecting mum, Becky, was the definition of a glowing Mumma-to-be, and capturing her radiance in these photos was a joy.
We scheduled the shoot for a beautiful spring evening. With the days growing longer, Balmoral was bustling with activity, but Becky was a rockstar, and we were able to capture some truly stunning images.
Dreamy golden hour hues
The natural light at Balmoral was perfect for showcasing Becky's beauty and the beauty of pregnancy. The beach was busy, but we were able to find some secluded spots for intimate moments.
The photos turned out beautifully, with Becky's glowing smile and not to mention the stunning backdrop of Balmoral Beach and the Manly headlands in the distance. These maternity portraits will serve as a cherished memory of a special time in Becky's life and a beautiful moment to look back on for years to come.
Just over a month later, gorgeous Leo was born. I feel honoured to have been able to capture such a special moment in Becky's life, and I hope that these photos will serve as a timeless reminder of the love and beauty that pregnancy brings.
