It's not every day you get to photograph one of your best friends during One of the most exciting times of her life

When Becca reached out and said she was considering Maternity Portraits, I couldn't hide my excitement. Maternity sessions are always so joyful - with expectant Mums radiating love and anticipation. But what made this one all that much more special, is that this expectant Mum happens to be one of my best friends and I couldn't wait to get her and her husband, in front of the camera.

I love hearing clients describe their vision & helping TO bring it to lifE

For Becca's session, we decided to play with a few different looks. Each outfit lent itself to a slightly different style, but each one perfectly suited this absolutely stunning Mumma-to-be. Combined with the abundant natural light and beautiful interior of the studio we ended up choosing, I could not be more thrilled with the result.

There's something special about capturing the love and excitement between Soon-to-be parents as they prepare to meet their baby

Many women choose to be photographed alone for their Maternity Portraits, but I personally love it when their partners join in as well. Including Dad can create beautiful, intimate images of them as they embark on this exciting journey as parents together. Plus, what a beautiful way to show her just how much she was loved and anticipated before she even arrived.

Am I ever glad these two decided they wanted to do some photos together. Some of my favourite shots of the shoot, I couldn't get over the way they were looking at each other - it was giving me all the feels.

Baby Girl doesn't know how lucky she is to have these two as parents and Aunty Andy can't wait to meet you!
